I disagree. Long time, no response = opponent is thinking (I'm disregarding your busy life here...). Opponent is thinking because a) he's in trouble = good for me or b) my move is weak and he's trying to find how to best take advantage of it.

Carolus, la vie n’est parfois pas simple et je pense que Fischer avait tort de prétendre que les échecs étaient comme la vie. Aux échecs on joue et on gagne ou perd. Et après il y a une autre partie.
Dans la vie, la frontière entre le bonheur et le malheur est parfois difficile à discerner et de confuses situations peuvent survenir et faire oublier les échecs. Surtout que dans la vie, on ne revient jamais en arrière et qu’il n’y a qu’une seule partie.
