Yeah, I dont understand why some people look down to on films like Rambo or Die Hard. Dont they understand that films can be means of escaping from the reality and that the point is that on screen you can see/do things that would be impossible in real world. Most films have unbelievable endings anyway. At least most SF flicks do.

I don't look down on such films. I look down on the people who watch them.

Seriously, if they do that for you, jolly good. They don't for me, and I'm not going to pretend I much like them.

That's because even in the shoddiest action movies there are those romantic moments.

For me, they could do away with them though. Romance is much better in real life.

I still haven't seen this movie, I keep meaning to. In fact, I think I have this movie on my hard drive, I just haven't gotten around to seeing it yet. I love all their movies.

But I would have put myself more as the Donnie Darko type. That was a cool movie.

I think I messed up this quiz. I love mindless action flicks, at least the older ones with "adult" stars- not these kid actors like the rock and vin diesal. I certainly like them better than romantic comedies.

the quiz just isn't accurate for me. I love all movies, including mindless action movies. As I said though, I prefer the older ones with the older action stars such as Arnold, Bruce, and Slyvester. The new ones don't do it for me much.

And I even like some romantic comedies- just not the chick flick ones. I like ones with a broader appeal- like Forget Paris.

And the quiz doesn't address some genres such as westerns.

Garden State is mainly a love story between a pill popping drug addicate and his epileptic, compulsive liar girlfriend. The story is kind of dumb but the scenes are well shot nd if you like character growth then this movie has tons of it.

Laurentius: I didn't think Lost in translation was very artistic either. I'm assuming that was a joke.

You scored as Sci-Fi/Fantasy. You scored Sci-Fi/Fantasy. Depending on the movie this might not deserve a "Congratulations", but you're interested in the future and imaginary worlds far from your own. You probably wish you could be somebody else, or live in one of the worlds from your favourite movies. Check out: Lord of the Rings, Spiderman, Star Wars, The Matrix.

You scored as Drama/Suspense.

Congratulations, you scored Drama. You don't need special effects as long as you have great direction, acting and a conflicting story. The inside look at human nature is what makes a movie for you. Check out: 21 Grams, Mystic River, Reservoir Dogs, Tape.
