Nope. I guess that what you call pink, is the red bricks that are part of the building.

In both countries are granite quite common, which is not the case for the country where this ruin is from.

You are closing in. It isn't geographically logic that the island belongs to the country it's part of.
More help - this kind of churches isn't uncommon on the island ;
