People didn't trust me so much in the past...

Someone did an Excel randomizer last year. A two prong test... an randomization of numbers 1-12, and then those numbers would be assigned to teams by someone else. I forget who did that though.

We need the categories set before we can start a draft.

I have the teams assigned a random number from 1-12 in an text file that I uploaded to Apolyton:

If someone else wants to make a random list of numbers from 1-12 we can use that as the draft order as long as everyone's ok with that.

Do people want some program to randomize it, or can I just pick random numbers myself?

Just a word of warning: I may be unable to access the internet for parts of the next week (spring break and all). I'm flying into Fort Myers, FL tomorrow night, and should be able to figure out the status of my internet connection by Saturday night. I'm tempted to try the reliever strategy with 12 min but I find it dishonorable. I dont know why I feel that way, I guess I just think baseball should include 4-5 SP just like a real team

Oh yeah Imran, if you're going to be away you can PM me an extensive list for FFZ and Poly I and II. Sounds like you might miss the first 3-4 days of the Poly II draft as well... At least with 8 people in Poly II the draft should go faster so we might be able to start the draft next Friday or something...

The good news: I have a working internet connection. the bad news: it's possibly only for tonight. The hotel screwed me out of the room I was supposed to get. Fortunately, they did manage to find an extra room, but that's only for tonight. So I've pretty much had to scramble to find accomodations. Dunno if I'll have a connection after tonight. If possible, I'll keep y'all posted.

I suggest anyone sending me their picks also send it to someone else, ******* spring storms just started tonite and we lose power often this time of year.

God I hate Kansas

Anyway, what I'll do is place paper or something over the screen as the email opens and read 1 pick at a time so I dont get influenced. I really dont like making picks when I know what other people want and I will avoid reading entire pick lists.
