For me I'd say Scandinanvia, the low countries, California, Brazil, and southe western Australia are in the first order with China, the rest of Australia, the rest of Europe, the white parts of South Africa, Mexico, Argentina, Canada, and the rest of the US in the second order. Everyone remaining other then sub-sahara Africa in the third order the Africa in the fourth order.
Just my personal choices though.

Right on! Black is beautiful! That said, leaving out Africa doesn't necessarily mean you don't find black people attractive. After all, there are plenty of hot black women in the Americas and Europe. It's just that most of African women are poor beyond words, so they can't afford nice haircuts, nice clothes...
