Spies are always revealed when used. Shields only if something (a spy or a shield) encounters it.
Snoopy- As long as the image is <= 800 pixels & <=500 kb you ought to be able to post it. Save it as a .GIF and it ought to work.

Well, taking out 80% of production capacity is petty good.
Though giving it to jamski is kinda :scary:

About the last-in, first-out system:
This system was devised I believe to give those who send orders in early an advantage, especially since the "attack anyone who's there" tactic was introduced midway through GO I.
With alliances, the last ally to send is the one that matters. Thus, DrSpiek and GT would fight first.
With order revisions, changes to OoB or ships being sent don't effect the sequence. This is mostly because I on average have to make about 4 to 6 clarifications per turn and keeping tabs on everything would be far too messy. The number is only reset to the end when a new target is specified, or when an alliance is formed.
In case you wonder what my end of the interface looks like, this is the attack data from the last round (#4). 1 is the first to send, the highest number the last to send.
Note that I don't process the turn in the same sequence as orders are sent, only with multiple attackers on one target are the numbers put to use.
