We never did that and he's already 6. We told him to do it when he was like 4, but I don't know if he did. Maybe he did though. Luckily he never got an infection. Once I noticed that it was kind of red though, so I told him to clean under there in the bath.

Well it just seems to me that because us Europeans haven't felt the need to mutilate our young that infections obviously aren't a problem here - ergo we are more hygienic...

Like I said I dont care if your from kalamozooo if you dont clean that area and I mean pull the skin back and clean then your at risk for infection. Circs in the us are now done because most males choose to do so later in life as a parent i had my boys done because I didnt want them to suffer as they got older.

Thats not what i meant and you know it. But i see your stand and will therefore say infections happen and somethings cant be helped. It doesnt matter if your in the us or europe you can still get an infection. That was my point.
And to let you in an a clue there are some infections that antiboitics dont work on
