Trying to imagine what it would be like for a woman to be threatened with rape by someone she was intimate with.

I'm not sure how that feels, but being menaced by 4 large men threatening to cut my balls off would be fairly traumatic, so I went with it.

If the threat was taken seriously it could be considered assault. They way she wrote, it doesn't seem she took it as a serious threat. Assault is a crime that is entirely dependent on the view of the victim.

I got really, really mad at her when after an hour of heavy petting, she suddenly stiffened, pulled away, and refused to talk to me. The thought only lasted a second and wasn't conscious thought, more of an angry impulse, at which point I realized what I was thinking.
