You say that like Pizza Hut is some sort of great pizza place. I can think of several dozen places that pwn Pizza Hut. Chicago style pizza is good but usually it’s to big for me and New York Style pizza is just smothered in everything imaginable. In my mind the best is California style which uses fewer but more expensive and more flavorful toppings. Go to a California Pizza Kitchen(CPK) to get a good taste of a proper California pizza. My favorite pizza is a Margherita pizza with sundried tomatos, mozzarella, garlic, basil, and Parmesan. I like to add on spicy Italian ham and feta cheese.

It is especially good with a nice Californian Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot.

That is something I haven't had in years; a good Sicilian pizza pie. There was an Italian restaurant near my parents house for years and years but eventually the Man who was the chef died (he was around 70 and ran the place for 40 years) and his widow retired. Now I don't know where to go to get a authentic pizza pie. Maybe there's one in the Little Italy Neighborhood downtown but it's not the same as going to the same place your families been going to for 20 years where the owners know your whole family by name.

I've done that job before.

Chances are the fellow had more than one order stuffed in his bag, and yours was the one on top.

So it still feels warm, but not as heavy as two would be.

but I can't say I've done that before.
