Yeah, I tore one about 7 years ago and had it repaired.

It was fine last week though. This is a little too far down the leg to be a hernia though.

HOnestly, I think THIS is how this all started. I think I was doing this stretch COLD, and pushed something farther than it was supposed to go. These new stretches I just found, I like them 5 times better than this one, these seem more natrual than this one:
