	Suffering from ads?

greatest and latest update

when the saves are downloaded, not being saved as ctp files

nor when moved to the save folder, can not load

so much fun for one gamer..

I get the window asking where to save (desktop/file folder etc)
and the file name box is blank.

I will do a screenie next time I save

in Call Tom Power your supposed to open the save from the email and then play it and then it will auto save to desktop when you end the turn
i save the email in a folder and on the desktop i have a save folder also

when I played it on the PC, I saved it to desktop. Clicked on it to open, then played,then yes it would auto save to desktop

I am not even getting the CTP symbol on the file

but you should just open from the email then play it right there?

Never seen this though


maybe you could right click on the desktop and locate (even browse) to find ctp.exe and open with that, not sure if it will work though?

Have you installed a clean version of CTP, including the updates (1.2 and 1.21)? When you do so (assuming you are running Win XP), start a new game and then save and close. The .csg game should now be associated with CTP. If it still doesn't open properly, you may have to delete all references to the .csg extension in the Windows Registry, and try again. That usually allows the CTP game to register .csg files to be opened without the full game opening screen.
