Add "NoAIPatrol=0" to your Conquests .ini file and the barbarians will move around like they did back in PTW

The inflation bug was originally brought up in this thread. I haven't followed up to see if it was patched or anything since then, but

For anyone with questions on elimination mode, this is the best information I have on some of the tricky details. Be sure to read all the way through the thread as there is some contradictory info reported in it (but all of mine is of course correct ;-).
