Actually, many of the cooks were British (the main chef anyway, the line cooks were probably Guatemalan just like in the US).

Europeans have no taste and wouldn't know good mexican food if it crossed their boarders illegally, flooded their health care system, forced their school systems to teach ESL, adopted welfare as a vialable form of employment, posted bills in spanish (but only BEER ads!), and bit them in the ass...

Naw, they'd rather call us xenophobes as our children are forced to sit on their thumbs as they wait for medical treatment or an education, are forced to pay inflated taxes to support "undocumented" "citizens", and watch as those who deprive them of their "legal" rights abuse the system.

Ironically enough, every Mexican place that I saw in Spain was expensive as hell. I guess it's because all the Mexicans go to the U.S. and a lot of Central Americans go to Spain. I did, however, get good El Salvadorean food there....

the premise is there isnt a lot of mexico to europe immigration hence there isnt a lot of mexican food period. stop being an all knowing **** thats never needed to explore an idea.
