public works is poorly implemented. Good concept, that has horrible mechanics and interface.

I think CTP2 was slightly better then Civ2 and a far better game then Civ3. Better interface, better combat, more functionality, and less micromanagement.

Amazingly enough, I too can play the bassoon, but am most highly trained as a classical pianist.
