we know from this incident what was said about other times was the dispatcher doing the proper procedure or not?
I would hope so
sometimes dispatchers handle calls and forget about the officer that hasnt checked back in from a call and that officer could be laying injured or hurt
This would be something I would check into
This is as stated not a job to entertain people but to properly respond to
