I think you're a bit in trouble.

While turning her desire down is the right decision from a moral point of view and for sure the best for your self-esteem, there is one moot point nonetheless. Women, who expose themselves in the way she did to you, absolutely hate to be rejected. They perceive it as the worst way of humiliation. No verbal explanation from your side will change her perception, that she's not good enough for you. A man on her place would just shrug and move on, after being rejected by a woman, but she will remember this forever.

No matter what you do, your relationship to her will never be the same again.
