What do you all do to receive stress?

I know, in the back of my mind, that everything will work out as long as I keep trying, but I am just freakin' stressed to the max. And to think I was fine this morning, until the boss goes and does something like that.

I usually toss back a few. However, I need to really cut back on that now that we are getting to punch with the kid being due soon. Can't be drunk when she needs to go to the hospital.

Video games sometimes help, but sometimes they stress me out even more... Like when the damn Egyptians keep flooding me with their damn chariots, which suck, but keep me from sprawling.

Anyway, what do you do?

I get another job. Teaching was horribly stressfull. It sucked when I realized that I just couldn't do it anymore. It didn't make me feel better, but eventually I did feel better even though I'm pretty poor. But teaching stressed me out so bad that I got physically ill and had no quality of life.

Japher, sounds like where I used to work. When things got slow they would act like a holes trying to get people to quit. When they were busy they were so sweet... I think if they have production problems then they may be trying to cut payroll without having to pay unemployment. They will use your self esteem to accomplis this, so as long as you need the stinking job just understand that it's not about you. You can get the other stuff done, don't put alot of pressure on yourself. Remember, trult all pressure comes from within. Your a hole boss can get on you for BS but it's up to you whether you feel pressured by the situation.

I have nothing to do... I sent my reports in to be editted and the trainer I was going to use for an experiment is out until next week (even though he told me he would be in, I'll get blammed for that).

I should leave early... just for spite

Thing is; when I decided to get a new job my productivity increased, because I knew what direction I was headed in... that's where I blew it, I should of done nothing. Now, I have less work, but he wants the same out put that I have been showing the past few months. He has it in his head that it's because of my grandma's death that I have slowed down, which is about the same time all the work stopped coming in...

Just need to find something to busy myself with.
