I live in a manufactured home. ie mobile home. ie trailer.

but at least I don't rent like most trailer owners. I own the property I live on. Renting sucks.

Suffering from ads?

What's wrong with a trailer for a young single guy? Sounds cool to me.

Things could be worse...

The good thing about renting is that I don't own the POS I live in, and can move to a much better one with little financial burden.

ok for reals, I live in this part of the town called student village. It's for students.

THis is one example of the buildings we have, they're all very similar, and this is not my building but there's tons of these next to each other and I live in one of them. It's not so bad, it's actually very nice. I used to live in ****. So I like this very much, like paradise to me.

Pics taken by some german person.

Ok they actually look likei this in real world:

Somehow the lights looked too good in the first pic . Anyway, it's still a cool place and extremely difficult to get single room flats etc, the waiting list can be anywhere from few years to eternity.. but I got mine because I worked them *****es.

No wonder germans came there,, the very bunker like touch is appealing

Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

www.multimap.com/map/browse.cgi?lat...le=10000&icon=x

This is where I live...South East London in a two bed house...got it quite nice now. I have had many prestigious visitors such as Gibsie and even a brief visit from Mr Spink. Zone 4, only 20 mins from London Bridge and also not too far from work (which is just outside of London). Quiet area but never far from stuff to do (Eltham, Chislehurst, Greenwich, Bromley, Sidcup, all very close too - pretty much walking distance). Also has a lot of open space and woodland very close despite being a fair distance into London.

Baltimore rowhouse.

I live on the first floor of the one with the black door with white trim. My windows are the ones immediately to the right of the tree about 2 metres off the ground.

I'll be moving in two months after having been in this building for two years.

They aren't truly separate buildings.

They have individual owners, and there is a serious internal wall between the two, but they share a common facade and roof.

Here's a shot of the back of the rowhouses from the alleyway (immediately behind me is another block of rowhouses).

Mind is the one with the red brick, and my windows (these are my bedroom windows) are again about 2 metres off the ground.

The alleyway is pretty gross and full of rats and garbage. I only go out there to put out the trash.

On each block there are about 25 rowhouses which are completely attached to one another. The only way from the street to the alleyway is at the end of each block or through a house.

The alley is so ****ing gross that nobody cares about what the back of their house looks like. The only way to barbeque out there (or otherwise entertain) is to have an upper-level apartment which goes out onto an elevated deck or rooftop. Anything at ground level is just disgusting. It's nice to have bedroom windows for the sunlight, but the view isn't exactly desirable.

Anyhow, it's 800$ a month for a 2 bedroom, so it's not so bad.

I'll probably pay a bit more for my next one, but hopefully it'll be nicer.

By the way, these are some of the nicer rowhouses in Baltimore.

You can find some really ****ed up ones in the bad parts of the city.
