And the land was illegitimately colonized by Jews without the consent of the people living there. Of course, official Israeli history tends to try to cover this up, but the truth isn't hard to find.

It's generally recognized as a matter of international law that any land taken by conquest, whether by an aggressor or no, is not the legitimate property of the conqueror. |
If that is the same international law that put Syria on the security council a year and a half ago, screw international law.
Also before you go around calling anyone a nazi you *explitive* we are talking about taking eastern Jerusalem/the western wall which was taken when the other side attacked us....

East Jerusalem belonged to JORDAN-we took it when Palestinians attacked us. Last I checked Palestinians are NOT Jordanians... except when they want to be! Palestinians have no claim to east Jersualem, Jordan might, but not them.

They had no choice in the case of egypt, an attack was coming. Would you support leveling north korea if we KNEW tommorow by non partisan reliable intelligence that they were going to start throwing medium range missles into Acnorage Alaska?
If the U.S. was attacked by a foreign power and we had intelligence that they were going to but we did not hit them first, how would you feel after a few thousand civilians died?
Americans, actually the ENTIRE INDUSTRIALIZED WORLD live by a standard that one life of their countryman is worth between 3 to 40 lives of people in third world countries(depending on how many sneakers they can make for you per hour.) I actually hate that standard which is why I only buy clothes made in the industrialized world however every country sets the value of the lives of their citizens higher then that of foreigners.
"US" is I am a Jew and though I am not Israeli, I feel complete solidarity with them. US is I am an American and they are one of our only true allies left in the entire world, a country whose population supports us and whose goverment supports us and whose friendship is not just for convenience or financial circumstance.

Outside of the acts of war (eg, blockading an international waterway), the evidence suggests that they were. It's clear that Russia was trying to manipulate Egypt into trying to stir up tensions with Israel, that Egypt was all to happy to do. Egypt had a plan of attack called Operation Dawn that they had scheduled to implement, which they had postponed at the last minute due to pressure from the Soviet Union (who had been pressured by the US). Israel had learnt of this plan just prior to the war.
And, of course, in the case of Jordan, they did attack.
