Basically as follows:

I'm sitting at the gate at LAX waiting for my flight to Washington DC (I'm on Leave) wearing my GOT FREEDOM? T-shirt. At this point I'm just reading through the HH book War of Honor and listening to my MP3 player. Cute girl with glasses and attractive short brown hair ( ) sits down across from me.

Girl says she loves my shirt. I notice that her T-shirt is mostly concealed from button shirt, but I can see "..now end racism".

d'oh!

Still, it's surmontable. We get into a conversation, and she apperently thinks I'm an anti-bushite. Well, I am but not for the reasons she has. It's rapidly clear she's a loony from left field who's a rich college student (she's traveling first class...of course, so am I but I had money to burn after being stuck on a ship for 6 months) but she's cute, a nice person, and going to be sitting across the aisle from me.

As the conversation starts to wind down, she asks where I got the shirt.

"At the base."

"..what?"

"Oh yeah, I'm in the Navy."

* Lonestar stands up, turns around and points to back of tee, which says "Freedom compliments of the US Navy."

And she stopped talking to me! I guess she didn't realize I was a warmongering baby-killer.
