Even though the WTC towers were iconic, they were ugly.

But this new design is neither beautiful nor iconic. It's a real shame too because of the significance of the space to the country.

Rebuilding the WTC towers is a bad idea, but a better idea than building this design.

Funny you bring up Mecca, as that city has become a new hotbed for skyscraper construction.
