Suffering from ads?

Also there is the smoked meat sandwich consisting of half a pound of the greasient, fattiest cut of beef you have ever seen, slapped on two tiny pieces of rye bread and covered in mustard...

And Lafleur's french fries practically liquefied from the frying oil and drowned in vinegar, salt and pepper...

And pudding chomeur...

And sugar pie...

Now, that's decadent.

Best is to wake up and drive to Jasper. There is a lodge just inside the park. They have a great kitchen.

On Wednesday I had half a bowl of cereal, 2 rounds of bread with beef and mustard, and aero and mars chocolate bars, and a glass of water. Also a small bowl of pasta, but no sauce, only about 100g of parmesan cheese and 20g of butter. Add about 4 cups of tea to that.

And that is all I ate in a whole day. Damnit, I should be eating more than that...

Oh, NYE, don't forget that are a a fair number of us that literally have to eat lots of calaries just to keep at a constant body mass. And a fair few of us don't like eating. That can be just as bad as someone being not allowed to eat anything to keep their body mass constant.

Yesterday: breakfast of 1 glass sour cherry juice, I bowl of porridge with a dash of semi-skimmed milk and some Capilano honey. 1 and a half cups of Kenyan coffee.

Lunch: mushroom noodles with lean chicken breast and sliced green chilli, peas and waterchestnut.

1 slice pandan cake.

Dindins: basmati rice, curried chickpeas and mango chutney and raita with satsumas for dessert.

Today: breakfast: I glass apricot nectar, porridge as yesterday, coffee as yesterday.

Lunch: watercress and tuna sadnwich on wholemeal bread with coleslaw, cherry tomatoes and satsumas.

Dindins- not sure. Possibly something with pasta, or spinach and goat's cheese tart with salad.

uhhh yesterday... two donuts, three brownies, a quarter of coffee cake, sandwich with swiss cheese and spinach-garlic dip and a beer.

I don't normally eat so much 'dessert' food, I guess I was celebrating that the evil houseguest left.

Today I probably will have some crackers with cheese, 3 tacos with soy meat, cheese, pico de gallo, garlic, and green onion, and a spinach-garlic dip sandwich along with one beer. WIth a lot of water - I get dehydrated easily. I was going to go out cycling this morning but I have this headache probably related to water intake so will hld off until later before sunset when hopefully my headache has gone.

My usual day:

Slimfast (Breakfast)

Fruit (Banana today)

Egg (today was hardboiled)

Slimfast (Lunch)

Veggie (Carrots today)

2 Eggs (probably going to be hardboiled again)

Meat for Dinner (Tonight I'm having Steak, steamed broccoli, brown rice, and milk).

Plus about 64 ounces of water through the day.

Usually I have a protein shake after my workout and run, but I'm just running tonight.

Is the original post supposed to be some sort of joke? If that is seriously your idea of unhealthy eating then you are an amateur. I have plenty of days where I have eaten something like 6 doughnuts for breakfast, super sized McDonald's for lunch, half a pizza for dinner, and a bowl of ice cream for dessert. That can't seriously be the most unhealthy you have ever eaten.
