I don't hate Croatia.

Anyway, the Javelin went badly for us.. we had the number one guy, and he finished 4th. He never throws that bad even in practice.. but he is young so.. maybe he couldn't take the pressure I think.. he was the best this year but when it counted.. he failed.

Too bad. Maybe next year.

Did I tell you about the one and only time I came into contact with a girl from Croatia? Now first she looked lost. But that's ok few can compare with my cosmopolitan superiority and ease. next she kept company with a turk girl? I mean wtf? The turk girl once prepared me nescaffee instant coffee btw and I thought I was home but that's another story.

Anyway so I already knew the turk girl. She was a commie. So I was walking the streets abroad you know sucking in the admosphere and a voice came out calling my name. It was the turkish girl. It could have been the italian girls, they were the ones that used to call me all the time but anyway.

Yeah so I say hey what's up, enjoying the sun. So she says here's my friend bruboslava or something. She's from croatia. and I say hi how're you doin (no not in the joey way).
so the turk girl introduces me and says i'm from greece.

now that croatian girl in all her lost in the neighborhood pathetic attitude (sorry vetty it's true) what does she say?

I don't know what circles were you hanging in (rich spoiled brats I suppose ), so the politically opinionated girls could have been the norm. As you say with the Turkish commie girl. It is a bit of an odd first comment, I admit, but she may have been from a war struck area/city.

Btw. as you may know, I have been to Greece and met Greek girls. Very similar to Croatian girls. Some guys from Croatia complained about that. Met some Macedonian girls too. Cute girls, very temperamental.

Here i must say you've mistaken me. i'm simple low/middle class, i just have a crazyness for travel (runs in the family).

I've been to Macedonia, but only one day, sadly. Skopje seems very nice and cheap city. Girls (met them on the 20+ hour train ride) invited me to stay at their place, but I didn't use the invitation.

Oh yeah, and the metro is very cool. Who's the lady who gave it voice? I kept imagining how she looks.

But catching up to Greece? Hopefully we won't. Btw. the standard of living is similar in Greece and Croatia, with Croatia having room to grow and not so sure about your pretty country.
