Proposed rule tweaks.

1. You start with 22 BP on the prebuild instead of 32.
2. Think this is the same but start with 1 base.
3. Start with one shield, one spy, and two anti-spies.

I like Cowboyrules.

The 22 number is extremely interesting. I like changing around the number of BPs to start. It makes things more interesting.

They'll KYLLE early action. No one will have BPs to spare on ships, building will be the only policy, you'll not want to attack, you'll know everyone has a sheild.

Shields at the beginning aint good for early action.

The lack of shields means that anyone who attacks turn 1 is guaranteed to not have any shields turn 2, while possibly having more bases and fewer ships. This invites multiple battles at one place.

If you want early action, prohibit base building on turn 1.

There's something you oversee, Smiley: shields can be made in the preturn, so an attacker on turn one can use that premade one on turn 2.
