Heresson, No Dis shouldn't be ashamed of himsef, and it WAS funny, you just are too sensitive for that type of a joke being Catholic and taking it kidn of seriously like rock throwing world series. The fact is, you don't have the right to be not offended. Little babies with your attitude will get offended from what I had for breakfast. I had virgin boys, oh that's just a muffin but that's what they are called. I had to confess.. I shouldn't take that much calories right from the get go.. but they were so little and innocent looking..

:I die in hell and laugh about it now, wait until it gets real and watch me scream!: |

And yes I don't report idiots that say Muhammed was a pedophile. Why the thin skin? Don't be a Net Nanny. |

I thought he was a paedophile . Wasn't he married to a 13 year old? Though the 13 year old was okay (by standards back in those days). But I thought he was also married to an 9 year old girl. That's not okay no matter what age you are in. |
Actually He got married to her (for political reasons, though) when she was 6 or 7, but started sleeping with her when she was several years older. She's been his favourite wife and actually I don't think she was unhappy.
From modern-day point of view he did engage in paedophilic acts, the same as a lot of other historical figures. The only possible difference is that Muhammad's sexual life is of some relevance to modern-day world,
and such accusations have SOME basis, unlike depicting 1,1 billion people as paedophiles because of several priests.

Jesus/God doesn't need defending. You think you can defend them? So what are you going to do, they can defend themselves just fine.

God will "defend" Himself at the Ordeal. But by "defending" Him here, by convincing You not to offend Him, I'm sparing You from His wrath.

I don't think he's worried with netiquette in itself. However, he's easily outraged whenever somebody cracks jokes at catholicism. |
Is there anything as bashed here as catholicism but (catholic in some sense) France?
If I made a joke about all Jews/Muslims/Hindus being pig ****ers/murderers/whatever, I'm sure I'd be bashed to death. But to offend Christianity, and especially catholicism, it is part of Apolyton's bon ton.
And I hate that. Again, before engaging in discussions I liked to bash RCC as well. But I've seen this board, I've seen how does it end in some states of western Europe. You're stabbing your own culture to death.
But enough of that. Let us return to the aim of this thread.
