E1 has found a hut.
E2 has found the barb fortified where we all assumed he was last turn ( 1 1 of that hill we rested on).
E3 has had a bad turn. The jungle looms, the heat is... hot. Ran into the CBR warrior (2-2-1-1 of Poly). Found a wheat on plains. Oh, and an ivory.
Edit: other than that, ET and I are in chat taking a long look at Krill's latest. Should not be too much longer.

I wonder why are we second in population. Is it possible that PAL have completed a granary and increased their population in 2 turns.

Population 150000 - 2nd. (from 1st to 2nd).
Population Ranking as follow :
1st - CDZ (Pop from 3 to 4, +5 food. 2nd city (built 3150BC) Pop from 1 to 2, +5 food)
2nd - Poly (Pop from 4 to 5, +5 food),
3rd to 6th
BAT (Pop 4. Built Granary in 3100BC . Likely at +4 food)
PAL (Pop 4. Built Granary in 3100BC. Likely at +5 food)
CBR (Pop 3, +5 food, Founded 2nd City in 3100BC)
CGN (Pop 3, +6 +7 +7 food, grow every 3 turns. 2nd city founded this turn, 2950BC).
That's why our land area dropped to 4th.
Our F11 Population dropped to 2nd. PAL built a Granary in 3100BC, so they are capable of growing to Pop 5 this turn, but at Population 5, they will be joint 1st in Population with us, not ahead of us. So, my guess is CDZ is the team that overtook us. But more testing is required to confirm if CDZ (Pop 4 Capital plus a Pop 2 city) has higher population than Poly (a Pop 5 Capital).
Edited : I did further testing, a Pop 5 city (Poly) has a higher population than a Pop 4 and Pop 2 combined (CDZ). That means the first place team is not CDZ. But PAL is only Pop 5 this turn. It's population is at best same as us, not exceeding us. Any idea ormuzd, P_A, anybody what could be wrong ?
Analysis (for PAL) as follow :

GNP 10m = 3rd. (GNP flat, position still at 3rd)
This turn. >11, 11, 10 (Poly), 10, 9, 8
Last turn order. >10, >10, 10 (Poly), 9, 8, 8
Our population increased by 1, but we shifted from working on a roaded river Grassland tile to unroaded SG tile, so GNP remains unchanged. Reason for changing tile - to speed up Granary production.
Mfg Goods 9 megatons - 1st (Mfg +3, position from 5th to 1st)
This turn order. 9 (Poly), 9, 8, 8, 7, 7
Last turn order. 8, 8, 8, 7, 6 (Poly), 5
Well, Manufacturing +3 due to worker completed mine, swift from unmined Grassland to unmined SG and increase in Pop.
Productivity 24 = 4th. (Productivity +3, position from 3rd to 4th)
This turn order. >24, >24, >24, 24 (Poly), 22, 19
Last turn order. >21, >21, 21 (Poly), 21, 19, 18
Interestingly, our Productivity increase by 3, but position dropped one spot. The top 2 teams are likely to be CDZ and CBR. CGN might have overtook us with their 2nd city.
CBR Intelligence
Below is my assessment of CBR capital - Laranja Verde, the population growth, production etc, with comparison against Apolytion as reference :
1. CBR found Laranja Verde in 4000BC. From 4000BC to 3500BC, LV produced 3 Warriors and grew at +4 Food per turn.
2. From 3500BC to 3200BC, LV produced Settler. It's still at +4 Food per turn.
3. From 3250BC to 3000BC (Current), LV seem to have improved to +5 Food per turn !
4. We do not know what LV is producing in the last 4 turns, could be extra Warrior. If so, CBR will have max 4 Warriors. CBR cannot have 5 Warriors or their F2 Military Strength will be average to us.
Poly on the other hand produced Worker, EW, EW, EW, EW and now Granary. It had been at +5 Food since 3750BC.

Military Svcs - 3rd, (from 1st to 3rd)
With everybody else at high population, I can't calculate, with certainty, which teams are above us. The 3100BC assessment (in Green) would be reasonably accurate. My guess is CGN and CBR that overtook us. I will post when the situation change in the next turns.
Our score dropped because of the population increase.

Technology
No change. CBR has Alphabet, CB. We can sell them Bronze Working
i am travelling next week. May not be posting analysis promptly.

Meh. This gives each team the option to choose whether or not to build the SoZ.
