I'd just like to point out that the conditions set out by RAH (or SAM, or whatever name he's using now ) sound exactly like my typical Civ 3 game. Of course, he might have a little trouble building dips and caravans in Civ 3...

Any other setting are for mindless no defense/settler spitting players. These are the only TRUE settings that test the true skill of the best players. I give no credit to claims made on games of lesser settings. SO if you don't want to play on these settings, I'll just excuse you as a low life and claim I beat you by default and I"M STILL THE BEST PLAYER IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

I'd like to… I actually have a copy of MGE loaded on my computer that I've never used. Tried to get either of my brothers to do some MP with me but the party-poopers wouldn't. Boo-hoo. Now I work full time at night plus a part time day job, so I'd hardly be available when everybody else could play.
