MY 2116 to the misinformed Colonel.
First, we have stolen no alien artifacts - in fact, we just gave you four squares of kelp. Since we have learned to tame Isles of the Deep, we are attempting to clear these potentially life threatening hazards for the benefit of all.
Second, we reject the notion that there are territorial seas anywhere on Chiron. The only limits we will acknowledge (and enforce) are disturbance of kelp farms and tidal harnesses around coastal colonies. We accept no restriction on movement, except by probe vessels, which will be destroyed wherever found.
Third, upon completion of Command Nexus next turn, we will be debuting our new Impact weapons and Plasma Steel armor, so anybody who wants "military action" is more than welcome to try to come and get some.
