Many thanks to LTEC! for maintaining Spekter's empire in his absence. As a suitable reward for such a fine job, she has be painlessly executed and given a hero's burial (last place indeed!)  Her place amoung the Enlightened Horde will always be assured.
Spekter asks that his fellow factions give him either a briefing on what has been going on, or a grace period to figure it out for himself. Thanks.

In an official statement made today, the University did disclose that they have created a flying machine, and that many of the early prototypes are being used in our war against the Horde. Citizens are urged to continue being militiant as our Secret Project, the Citizen's Defense Force starts to near completion.
