CEO, sorry to here about the troubles with the Spartans. If I could obtain Santiagos' Comm Frequency from you perhaps we could overt this war that would inevitably cause great harm to planet. Also this would allow you to continue with your peaceful building efforts.

CEO, not being familiar with the MP diplomacy I was not aware that it would take a turn for the trade to go through. I have offered Soc Psych in compensation for the Spartan comm frequency, I hope this is agreeable. I will speak with Santiago on the next turn. With your approval, I think it might be wise for me to send a few units into your territory incase the diplomacy is unsuccessful. Not knowing where the Spartans are on the map, I would assume that your colony pods or newer bases may be most vulnerable to Spartan rover units.

To both of my pact friends, my attempts to avert the conflict have failed. I was able to obtain the Spartans' map in exchange for Comm. Mis' comm frequency. I'm not sure if your maps automatically upgrade to mine since were pacted or if we must trade them again. Therefore I have offered the CEO my most recent map on diplo screen for security reasons. The Spartans are located to Misotu's north and I'm not sure if there is water between your territories. Commissioner my latest map is also available and Spartan comm if you are not contact by them. Also I have begun to move troops into the CEO's territory, but still with the hope of further peace negotiations with the Spartans. Perhaps the Commissioner will have more influence with the Spartans. My forces will not initiate a conflict, but any attack on allied forces will be seen as an attack on the Gaians.

My thanks go out to Commissioner Misotu for the peace attempt, as I feared Santiago seems to be preoccupied with her latest issue of "Guns-n-Ammo". I have offered my map to the PK's for obvious security reasons, and also a trade of tech to aid them in the peninsula bound problem.
CEO my forces have encountered a Spartan rover unit between Gaian and Morganite territory to the east of Morgan Processing. It has a zone of control over our unit at the moment, but I believe it is a scout unit.
Our units will attempt to circle and enter your base to help defend your territory. The transfer of map info will be complete with your acceptance.
