Fellow Gaians at this point we cannot quite be sure what the meaning of the trail of bibles in the fungus to the north is. All we do know is our ecologically disruptive neighbors are becoming increasingly hostile and aggressive. We don't hope for conflict, but we must be prepared for the worst.

Yes, I've been having a lot of problems with native life over the last three turns. Two IoDs have dropped worms off by my bases in the last 2 turns, and I've lost a couple of units so far to surprise attacks.

Well, I finally got a perihelion message saying that native life activity will increase for the next 20 years ... from what I've seen, the perihelion started around 5 years ago

First off, apologies for all the double-load messages you'll get - I'm not sure how many there were. For some reason, I had real trouble getting the game to load, it kept hanging my system

I bought the Spartans off last time with a weapons tech lower than their best, so no benefit to them. That's the last though ... I shall be in a position to teach them the meaning of true Peace in a few turns
