Tau,
Paul(Morgan) does control the old University continent, which contains 6-8 bases I believe. Paul also has the tech advantage, but I'm not sure by how much. Paul is leading powergraph and everything except military as well. If you want to check the progress I could send you a recent turn if you want.

I have sent the turn to Tau Ceti as requested. At the end of my turn results of battle in territory gain or loss would be as follows.
1) A size 9 base(morgan) destroyed by a PB containing 2 SP's
2)One Morgan base eliminated by Nerve gas, size 6 originally I believe.
3) As of this turn a size 3 Morgan base captured by the Hive, all other captures have been reclaimed by the Morganites.
The overall results of total individual battle incounters would be in the favor of the Morganites, however both sides have lost units.
