Bring it on show the world the war mongers you have proven to be so far. Well world there you have it once again war over peace join with me to stomp these aggressors to non-existance. We for one are not fearfull of your bullying, your insanity is disturbing as it should be to all that read it. I notice you did not mention your allies troops on my soil for some years now that shows the world while you dictate to other countries where they live you have no problems with trespassing on their land. This is an obvious double standard an can only be read as aggression pure and simple. The point is you want people to respect your lands you respect theirs simple.

Letter of All Nations.
In this official letter, I will explain the conflict opposing the Irish and the Scots. I will write about three problems :
1) The border conflic.
2) The Scottish Diplomat
3) The militarian situation.
First Point : About the border conflict.

Unlike Black Ice, I haven't wait to exchange my map with the Greek Leader Damon Attreides, as I have no diplomatic contact yet with Egyptian Leader (His diplomat will be always welcome). I hope he will accept and give my map to the Leader of Egyptian.
The problem is clear, Lord Black Ice is fooling every body when he says that he has build a city on a free Land. Of course, the spot where the center of the city is built is free, but the half of the vinicy is Irish.
The area is quite hostil : Desert and Mountains. But there is a fertil river with tastefull fishes and green hills. I've build, centuries ago, the fortified city of Portmarnock on a mountain, where the river flowed through by a serial of natural caves.
Black Ice built is city at the door of Portmarnock on the same river, too close of this city. He cannot say that he wasn’t aware of my Portmarnock location. I asked him in the past to send back home a pack of Pickmen fortifying just at the door of my city. With this new Scottish town, two problems are raised :
1) The area isn't enough fertil for two cities so close.
2) His army could siege my city quickly using river as way of transportation. Don’t believe him when he says that he is peacefull. We are no more kids who believe Fairy Talls.
Point two : About the scottish Diplomat.

It is not a secret that diplomat could have the bad behaviour of spying foreign cities. I can accept this risk during peacefull time. But when Evil Hounds of War show their tails, I should protect my citizens from spies.
The Scottish Diplomat Expedition refuses my recommendation to stay under arrest, and prefere to try escaping. Several Samorai Batallions tacked them down and now circle them. Diplomat are still free for the moment, because maybe they haven't received any order from Black Ice.
But now they would have time to communicate with their lord and receive clear orders. I have ordered my men to bring those spies to a martial court if they try again to escape, by force and weapons if necessary.
I give them two solutions :
1) They stay where they are, for the moment. We will maybe later ask them to move further south. But now they have to stay here!
2) They decide by them self to disband the diplomatic expedition and go back home safety.
This is my LAST advise. Then I will not respond for their safety.
Point Three : The Militarian situation.

We are no more at the door of the Scottish City. But we are still preparing the city siege. For the moment we will wait the advise of each Rulers of this world. But the scottish city is growing and prepares strong defense (or attack) forces. We will not wait for ever.
Black Ice is not a peacefull Leader, as he would make believe us.
His strategy his to send his settlers as far as possible to prevent other civilizations the settle freely. And when the other civilizations takes dispositions for their protection, he‘s playing the poor victim of a war monger. There is enought empty land to be settled far from the vinicies of my cities. If Black Ice was a peacefull leader, he would have settled in an other region.
The conflict with my ally is surely of this nature too. The Mongol only crime is to protect their country on the only spot where it is possible.
Black Ice is a snake with expentionist obsessional tendancies. Maybe it’s due to a secret childhood wound (It’s rumored that Scottish mothers prefere to give Beer to their bady instead maternal milk ...).
Irish people is peacefull, but they are not coward or stupid. I'm honored to be the Spiritual Leader of such Great Civilization. If daemons and sinnesr attack our pious citizens by brute force or snake tricks, we are ready to protect our Mother Land and Our Spiritual Principes with our blood the blood of our foes !
Finally when Black Ice said that he removed his soldiers from my land, he is speaking with a twisted tongue. His pickmen are marching east, in the direction my the center of my county
(He has some maps of Irland given by his diplomats).
Now you have a better understanding of the situation. Irish people are not war mongers. But a enlighted, peacefull and proud people ready to defend their land. Irland is not a big country and it's seems that Lord Black have a bigger one. So if we are ready to attack them, it’s because we are no choice.
Black Ice always refused any proposition for establishing a border treaty. I sent him in the past several messengers without any response. The situation is clear for Irish. Scottland is an hostil country which aims to send settlers at the other countries borders to prevent other people to move without declaring a war.
I ask for the peace and freedom of the world that Egyptian and GreekLeader help Irish and Mongol people against the expensionist madness of Lord Black Ice.
For the safety of our own land we must stop him now and give him alltogether a lesson. Because on day, he will imprison us with his cities, and we will have any choice (but it will be too late) to fight him or die !
Let show him together that the world belong not to him but to all mankind.

Egyptian newsflash:
Pharao Franses is getting extremely worried about the current political situation. The Scots are clearly unwilling to provide Egypt with their maps and therefore made it clear that they are on a route to war.
Their allies, the Welsh also show agressive behaviour. Welsh clerics have been detected within Greek territory while a Welsh Samurai force has just been located in Egyptian territory.
In response to these agressive actions Pharao Franses has mobilized his forces. Egypt will not fall prey to any civilization and will take out any agressors. A peacefull world is what we are aiming at. If this requires the elimination of agressors than so be it. Pharao Franses calls upon the peacefull nations of this world to stand strong and to not accept agression.
In a last call for peace he demands the Welsh to disband immediately all clerics in Greek territory as well as all Samurai forces in Egyptian territory. All other forces on their way to Greek or Egyptian cities or blocking units have to retreat to their cities of origin. Only such action would convince us of the peacefull intentions of the Welsh nation.
As far as the Scots are concerned, Egypt will not allow any armed ships or armed forces in the vicinity of its country. Make no mistake, Egypt will not allow any agressive act to other civilizations be it our allies or other civilization. Egypt regards itself as a peacekeeping nation and will use it forces if necessary to safeguard peace. Egypt is well aware that the Scots are the strongest nation of this world and that, if the Scots succeed in wiping out Irish and Mongol nations, Greek and Egypt will be the next to suffer from agression. Therefore Scots leader, be wise and make peace with the Irish and the Mongols. It may be a bitter decision now but would mean prosperity for all in the long run.

When the First Scribe Malcom finished is reading, no sound disturb the Throne Room for endless minutes.
"It is totally Infamous ! Lord Black Ice accuses us to order our settlers to block his people. How can say that we settled on the river to prevent his expansion ? Only a Daemon or a Faery of the Darkness court could tell such lies ! We were the first to discover the Ubyr river and our men have merely journey all the river long from the mouth to the spring when Scottish primitive warriors discovered it ! It is just a childish way to defend him-self against a right accusation : If somebody accuses him of ill-doing then, in response, he accuses that person of doing the same act against him. Nobody enough intelligent would believe such lies, of course. His city Perth1 is build in total aggression of our borders, it's the only true. The name Perth1 is a sign that Scottish people have to many cities and have no more imagination to find an original name for their new cities. When others Lords will have a glance on Scottish maps, they will understand the real goal of Scotland."

Zobo : "Not yet. The only Black Ice true words was that those Diplomats didn't do anything against us. . . Until now. But they are too dangerous to let them free of move. Just block their movements."
Morgrin : "Perth1 has built in emergency a wall. Reinforcement will arrive soon I presume. But we still prepare our Army for an attack."
Zobo : "Well. We will produce at full capabilities. And we are not alone of this battle. Your Purity O'Lonney, maybe your priests and your freedom warrior will help us to free Scottish People from felony and bring then the words of the Only Truth God. But now they will stay at home for a while."

Lord Black Ice,
We will agree to keep our army at peace if :
1) You disband your city of Perth1. It's a mandatory condition, not an option.
2) We agree to a borders treaty. Egypt and Greece will be our witnesses.
3) Your send back home all your armies from my territory defined by the Border Treaty. We will do the same.
We are awaiting your response soon.

Egyptian newsflash:
Unfortunately the Welsh did not listen to the call for peace from pharao Franses. On the contrary, the Welsh Samurai forces thought it possible to prohibit Egyptian forces to move freely in their own country. This was no longer acceptable to Frances and he ordered to capture the Welsh Samurai forces. General Pylague took care of this job.
Again pharao Franses warns all nations that no foreign units are accepted in Egyptian territory, be it land or sea territory.
Pharao Franses welcomes the new Mongol leader Kambei. It is unfortunate to become a new leader in these difficult times. We trust that Lord Kambei will assist the other peacefull nations to get back to a peacefull situation in this once peacefull world.
