My goal for this post is to strengthen the critical links in Dr. Hell O. Kitty's nexus of justified classism. I shall do this in the only honest way that I can, which is simply setting forth those principles that I personally believe in and that Dr. Kitty personally observes and honors. Read on, gentle Apolytoner, and hear what I have to say. Kitty's well-targeted comments leave the current power structure untouched while simultaneously saving countless Apolytoners from fear and boredom. Are these Apolytoners her friends? There is widespread agreement in asking that question, and there is further agreement in answering it. I don't have time to go into this in as much detail as I should, but in a recent essay Kitty stated that we should accept personal responsibility. Since the arguments she made in the rest of her essay are based in part on that assumption, she is clearly aware that it is true. Not only that, but the first truisms she told us were relatively benign. Still, they have been progressing. And they will continue to progress until there is further truth; Kitty's greatness will grow until it blots out the sun. Kitty believes that a richly evocative description of a problem automatically generates the correct solution to that problem. And I must say, I agree with her.
If one is opposed to ignorant, truculent misoneism (and certainly I am), then surely I am deliberately using colorful language in this post. I am deliberately using provacative phrases that I hope will stick in the minds of my readers. I do ensure, however, that my words are always appropriate and accurate and clearly explain how much I want to talk about this. I really do. But I am aware that many people object to the lack of brevity in my language. Still, is there no cause for verbosity? Naturally I think there is, because I'm willing to accept that a sure-fire way to elicit support for Kitty is to anneal discourse with honesty, clear thinking, and a sense of moral good. I'm even willing to accept that I have great interest in getting tangled in the rhetoric and dogma that she frequently verbalizes. I suppose it's predictable, and terribly appropriate, that well-read intellectuals with strong voices and minds would support her constructive recommendations. Follow them! Kitty has simply been offering them as a means of supporting sacred icons. Perhaps I'm reading too much into Kitty's speeches, but they seem to serve the purpose of preventing warfare in a largely unprepared and unrecognizing poster population. Many people respond to Kitty's issues in much the same way that they respond to television sitcoms. They watch them, they talk about them, and they feel an overwhelming compulsion to do something about them. That's why I believe we should open Apolytoners' eyes, minds, hearts, and souls to the world around them. In closing, we must strive to free people from the fetters of boredom's poisonous embrace. Dr. Hell O. Kitty can make a difference, forever and always.
