Change the file name

I convert BMP's to Gifs all the time... Simply renaming somthing from Saddam.bmp- to Saddam.gif. tho of course it must be a graphical document you downloaded...otherwise you will get error.

I also have a program that helps you to create smilies and Gifs yourself! Would you be interested in that
