Yes, the situation had become hopeless.
Your move 5 Nh3 was not a book move and was not good either, I am afraid.
The end game was difficult with your weak pawns and after I had captured your queenside your position was hopeless.
But it was an interesting game, as ONE queen proved to be enough.
