Hebrew Ministry of Foreign Affairs is empowered to make a unprecendental statement.
To prove peaceable disposition of Hebrew people we propose a peacy treaty to Fuzzball of Maya. We believe that Mayan leader has already made sure of vainness of further confrontation which obviously has no prospects. Recent years have shown that Maya are not able nor to destroy Hebrew civilization nor to capture any of our cities nor to make really serious damage which could prevent our development. Instead of wasting time and resources on useless conflict with Hebrews who have not ever been a threat to Mayan people and senseless browsing Hebrews water by SOL armadas we suggest Maya to relax and concentrate on their development acceleration, thus also proving their good will.
Last but not least at all: we would like to remind to the clever Mayan leader that continuing the conflict will have an indesired impact on the civilization score of both struggling nations.

An alliance of three powerful nations?We do not take kindly to threats from nations we haven't even met yet.
We do not take kindly to Nations we do not yet know ATTACKING our FRIENDS,,,
Being the major power in the world, Maya expects its peoples to be the target of conspiracy and aggression from all who refuse to show us any goodwill regardless.
Goodwill... let us point out this is a threat Major power,,, goodwill,,,it is time your words spoke true meaning. Do not let your self imposed superiority to other nations fool your people or the rest of the world... You do not speak for us nor we for you we are ready and capable of handling your agression.
As we are also under open threat by other nations in an alliance we are yet to be informed of whom may be a party to, we will assume any advancement into Mayan lands an Act of War.
We will explain the obvious YOU in fact with words and actions YOU are threatening or we the peaceful would not be in the position to express our concern for our friends...We assure you advancement into ALLIANCE LANDS has all ready been an act of war...Show your true intentions be it peace or war but our resolve is steadfast and unyeilding DO NOT be the aggresor and live with us in peace...
Unless we are approached through the appropriate diplomatic emmissaries, any contact with Maya may prove fatal for those involved. Be warned.
