because of the thread on ACOL claiming I'm an AE of RC.

I respect your honesty Ming, but doesn't this incident show that bannings of this type should wait until after the suspects have been given a right to reply/comment? It would prevent these incidents which rather show up the board's moderation policy.

Actually, I think there's a little bit of appropriate kharma when a noted DLmonger gets one of his friends in trouble as well as himself. It's just "collateral damage". I don't blame the mods as much as the miscreant.

If you expect the mods to be perfect, you're still a little kid who wants to get mad at Daddy for giving a wrong punishment.

I disagree...
First, we are right about 99% of the time. (yeah, mistakes happen)
Second, in many cases, if we don't shut them down fast, they keep causing trouble until we do shut them down.
Third, in those rare cases where we do make a mistake, we can correct it as better information comes to light. Again, we have NO PROBLEM admitting when we are wrong, and correcting our mistakes.

So, just because we make a mistake, doesn't mean we should change what has worked most of the time.

This needs no explanation.
And MtG fixed the mistake of a 1 week ban by replacing it with a 3 day ban. Still not fixed IMO, but better than before.

I have no proof that he is or isn't... and you saying it is true doesn't make it so...

However, if you look at this thread and others in the Apolyton forum, there is more than enough evidence to prove that I am correct in my statement
