I have no clue about why the admins don't give any answer,
but I do see that Apolyton compares with Firaxis if it goes about answering questions

Will civ3 have MP out of the box ?

Your daily ^bump^ seems to be a twice daily ^bump^ - maybe if you increase the bump ratio then this might ensure a reponse is garnered more quickly....

excessive bumping has frowned upon on some occasions in the past; I THINK it is reagarded as a form of "spam." My recomendation would be to bump it only when it falls off the first page.
