Mark - I was asking you to 'UNban' a word not ban others.

As to your Clinton analogy - mostly people believed he was wrong because they didn't like him or his politics. In this case I feel your actions are wrong rather than you being inherently wrong.

Please allow the use of the words D!ck and Sh@g. They are not considered to be offensive words and banning them seems silly. You ban posters for being offensive so if someone starts using those words in an offensive way then punish them.

A sensible way to get around this, as I suggested before, is to have individual users decide if they want censorship or not. If you don't mind seeing naughty words or the Vice-President's name then you can have an option to see it. If you are under a certain age or have strong views on naughty words then you can select to keep your innocence. The current situation encourages people to say the same ?ucking thing whilst using slightly different characters. If it offends anyone (and I have no idea whom it might) then the 'offensive' idea is still conveyed and nothing is achieved.
