If that's true, it's a weird looking aqueduct! Other than it being where the previous aqueduct was, I could very well argue that is is a subway. A modernized aqueduct would be more like a water treatment facilty (with ponds or a water tank/towers), wouldn't you think?
On a seperate note; I'm glad I heard in the video that they have worked on getting rid of art that was in the interfaces that was there just as 'art for arts sake', they are trying to make the game more streamlined and functional.
