2133 to Sikander
After consultation, Sikander and I have agreed to ban the HSA from this DT, considering the rules we have in effect regarding probe teams. Hopefully this will result in a more interesting and balanced game.

2140 to Sikander.
The Nutrients report only minimal encounters with native life. Two direct base assaults were fended off by able trance defenders. Two more mindworms were destroyed by a far-roving scout patrol in the as yet uninhabited region of the Nutrient continent.

2141 to Sikander...
The Nutrients announce completion of the Planetary Transit System. Nutritionist Vitamin J is believed to have asked if perhaps Provost Sikander has been on vacation lately...

A frustrated and stymied Provost Sikander throws up his hands and declares surrender to the Nutritionist faction.
We never had a chance once the Nutritionists managed to snag the HGP and the PTS one after the other. We had hoped to get the HGP built, but our crawlers were cut off from completing the project in time by a prolonged mind worm assault, which was only beaten back after several trance garrisons gave their lives in defence of the faction. Unfortunately the loss of time allowed the nutritionists to build the HGP on January 1st, while we were only able to finish the project on July 1st of the same year. Even as we rushed crawlers into action to convert our project to the PTS the Nutritionists completed the PTS, again in the same year but just a hair faster. This left us with the unenviable choice of building the ME, (an SP I never build) at a loss of a considerable number of minerals more than it normally costs.
The Nutritionists meanwhile were ahead in almost every phase of the battle, while our forces were reduced to rebuilding our military from the ravages of the mindworms (which continued right to the end) and trying account for the huge losses in material we had expended in a vain effort to secure one of the two remaining valuable early game SPs. Though on the verge of breaking through the energy barrier, our industrial potential was negligible at best, with low populations and mineral productions. The writing was on the wall.
Congratulations to Vitamin J. for a game well played!
