Just had a look at the map - it's actually DD's Ultimate Builders' map slightly modified to suit a nautical game. His original had the fjord, so I put one near each starting location

It is standard Pirate Clone tradition to keep the previous leader's name for one turn, to properly honor him.
Of course, if the ever observant SITS hadn't caught this fact on this turn, then I might be saying that it is standard tradition to keep the name for 2, or 3, etc. Standard Turns!
Actually I had realized the fact I hadn't changed the name after I had closed out the turn last time. I debated a reload, and didn't think it was important enough - especially when playing against cut throat pirates!
