I couldn't get on poly last night(I noticed MG didn't post either, was it down?).
2167 to MG(belated). Sorry for the delay.
A Markite probe was caught, withing the 5 tile limit, in Morganite territorial waters. Because of the risk to sensitive research information, we had no option but to eliminate the probe. A big-8 missile costing 28 ecs, was used to sink the probe. This ammount can be paid by Markite emmisaries at central accounting.
In response to this blatant act of aggression by the Markite's, we the economically superior forces of the Morganite empire, do justifiably increase our territorial waters to 8 tiles. Any forces wishing to travel through these waters may do so, by contacting central accounting, and paying the appropriate fee; and by filing a movement plan with the appropriate military, and research offices.
