The new President of the French Republic Markus Poincare would like to announce the following:
Berlin captured, Vienna liberated and Instanbul burned to the ground. French forces are now on their way to meet their Russian colleagues in MOSCOW.

My computer has decided that it does not like Windows XP and has essentially died. I don't know when I will get it working again. One of my friends is going to come over and look at it tomorrow. This, coupled, with the fact that I am now hunting for a new job (which may mean relocation and moving) means that I won't be able to play my turn. I'd appreciate it if Case can play for me until I get back (whenever that will be; hopefully not more than a week or so).
