I even made sure it is named ragingdragon.net instead of attachment like the forum does on default.

Hmmmmm if it won't load as a net game, try it as a regular saved game. i think that happened to me, i put a .net at the end when i downloaded it again, put another .net on the end when you download it again...

If you havn't already done so, you'll need to download the modified files from the first page of this thread, and add replace the rules and events with the ones I've just emailed you. Once you've done that, load Grothgars last turn and play from there.

But when I went, before I fixed his turn so CTRL-N was in place, the AI was movinga good number of units. Or maybe that was just a shadow of its former self

Peace Treaty Signed with China

In light of the NATO invasion, the CIS and China have agreed to a cease fire and peace treaty. The treaty fixes the border between Russia and China at the current front line.

Troops Redeployed

Following the treacherous NATO invasion, troops have been redeployed from across the CIS. Traffic on the Trans-Siberian Rail Road has been heavy.

Iranian Campaign Over

In a notable victory, most troops of the Iranian Front have been evacuated. Russian defence officals have revealed that losses on the front were far lower then was at first feared. In particular, the decision taken two months ago to re-deploy most of the CIS Air Force squadrons in the region was credited with saving most of the CIS's long range firepower.

USS Enterprise Damaged

In a daring attack, the Russian submarine Novogrod has inflicted near fatal damage on the USS Enterprise. It is believed that the Novogrod was sunk by the Enterprise's escorts as they began to tow the carrier back to port.
