Yeah, just download it from http://aspen.mine.nu/civ2/oldnew there's two parts to it, the first is necessary the second you should really get, too but it's not absolutely necessary

I think we will probably be starting a new game, so you won't have to try to figure out what's going on; we'll all be in the same position.

I realized that after I couldn't get into the game. It really isn't bad though. Now I have all of the kinks worked out. I tried it last night and everytime I clicked on MGE it would freeze, every time. So I installed it again. Then it worked. So, I'm glad I realized it at a false time rather than game time. I'm ready to go in 1 hour.
