If you take that tiering, Prince should be at least twice warlord.

that tiering seems good: as for posters in the emperor level posting recently number 13... another 2 post uncommonly recently (MWHC and Urban Ranger [i think])

Thus, of the top 20, a lot are still active. as for new emperors- I predict 9 within the next 3 months

(By Christmas I'll be an Emperor - my gift )

What is the point in being a permanant prince when without the permanance I would be Prince anyway? None. Having a fixed title is only special when it wouldn't be my title otherwise.
