As long as you don't attack me right away I don't mind you having knowledge of the Japanese Empire ,

Just concider it a really good source that has vanished once the new Japanese leader came to power

The Japanese emperor has been succeeded by Acheron.
A new approach to managing our civ has been initiated and the Japanese hope a brighter future with their new head of state.

I hope you got the mailbox problem under controll.

If there are only 20 turns left, than war doesn't seem like an option for me. I haven't witnessed the end of a PBEM up close, but I've read that it includes massive attacks @ Xenoform Labs, so this is probably a great lesson in tactics @ the last stages of a diplomatic PBEM
