Yes, I made a difference between Etruscan 'homeland' and Etruscan 'territory'. 'Homeland' is (roughly) modern Tuscany and 'territory' is everything outside the homeland which fell under the Etruscan sphere of influence (a bit like Mongolia vs Eurasia when talking of the empire of the Mongols). Otherwise Pompeii would hardly be Etruscan either
